Spring Season starts Saturday, April 10, 2021
Please take the time to read important information blow before we begin Saturday, April 10, 2021. Print and sign the Covid Waiver and bring to the first session.
At least one responsible adult must be present for each child at all times during practices and games.
Practices and games will be held at Wolcott Sport Complex on Meghan’s Field, which is the first field on the left when you pull into the Sports Complex at 473 Spindle Hill Rd.
As we get ready for the upcoming recreation season, there are a few updates and reminders:

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTAL
- Please do not approach fields until 5 minutes before your session begins. This will give the prior program time to leave the fields and for coaches to set-up and sanitize equipment.
- Temperatures will be taken of each child before they can go on the field, and we will be keeping a log of this. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be sent home and cannot return until we have documentation from a doctor that it is safe for them to do so.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided to each child prior to going on the field.
- Players will be checked in to make sure they are not wearing jewelry (including earrings) and that they are wearing shin guards.
- All players will be hand sanitized before leaving the fields.
- Please vacate the field and the grounds immediately after your player leaves the field.
- Players and parents may not congregate or play at the conclusion of any sessions.
MASKS
- All Spectators, coaches, referees, parents and players must be wearing a mask when not playing on the field. EVEN IF YOU ARE 6 FT AWAY FROM SOMEONE, YOU MUST BE WEARING A MASK. This includes the parking lot, the fields, the snack area, anywhere on the grounds. Players must wear a mask at all times when not on the field. It is recommended that players where a mask on the field but not currently required. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of games or practices for all, in addition to local authorities being called.
- Coaches are expected to wear masks at all times unless actively running around with players on the field.
- Referees must wear masks to and from vehicles but not while actively engaged on the field.
- Parents and guests must stay 6 ft away from the sidelines.
ANIMALS
- Animals are not allowed on school grounds or soccer grounds at any time.This includes games and practices.
EQUIPMENT
- There is no sharing of equipment or water bottles. Please make sure to send a labeled bottle to practices and games.
- Shin guards and pinnies must be worn to each practice and game. Balls must be brought by each player. The club will provide each player with a pinnie and ball. Coaches will not have extra equipment (including balls) available.
- Please make sure to wash pinnies after each practice/game and sanitize balls.
- We love that you want to help us clean up, but please let coaches handle all equipment.
UNIFORMS
- All players will be provided with a reversible pinnie, which must be worn to each game and practice. Please make sure that they wear something underneath, in the event that we turn them inside out.
- All players will be provided with a ball, which must be brought to each game and practice.
- All players must wear their own shin guards at all times.
- Players must not be wearing ANY jewelry. The exception to this would be a medical i.d. Please tell your coach if this is the case.
COVID 19
- Please see our website for the most up-to-date information that we have received regarding any policies and procedures from CJSA, the Northwest District, or US Youth Soccer.
- If you or your child has been diagnosed with Covid 19, has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid, shows signs of Covid 19 or has a fever of 100.4, please notify our recreation coordinator, Heather Giroux, at [email protected]
- Our temperature log will be used for the season so that we can do our part to keep everyone safe. We may provide this information to Chesprocott or the CDC if they need any information for contact tracing.
